August Mogler
August Mogler (born April 20, 1845 in Böckingen ; † January 15, 1910 there ) was an architect and building contractor and from 1881 to 1908 commander of the volunteer fire brigade in his home town of Böckingen. He built several buildings in Böckingen, which are now listed buildings, was a member of the municipal council and was made an honorary citizen of Böckingen in 1908 in recognition of his services to the fire extinguishing system . The August-cheater Street in Böckingen bears his name since 1966th His grave in the Böckinger Friedhof has been preserved.
From 1883 to 1907 he was chairman of the men's choir Geselligkeit Böckingen 1844 e. V.
His son and grandson Karl Mogler (1896–1990) were also architects.
