House Augustinern 6 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. House Augustinern 5 bordered to the west and Augustinern 7 house to the east .
Architecture and history
The half-timbered house was built in several phases from the middle of the 18th century. The compartments on the ground floor are provided with decorative brickwork. In the second quarter of the 19th century, the basement was converted and the upper floor was renewed. The front door and the craftsman's mark on the posts also date from this time . In the second half of the 19th century, a lower floor was added to the house.
In 1840 Carl Gottfried Heinrich Simon founded a joinery in the house. The craft business continues to this day. An information sign on the house reminds of the craft business.
