The Aulella is a 34 km long river in Italy in the Tuscany region . It runs through the Lunigiana landscape in the province of Massa-Carrara from east to west.

The Aulella rises in the extreme northeast of the municipality of Casola in Lunigiana in the Parco Nazionale Appennino Tosco-Emiliano south of the Alpe di Mommio . It first flows through the district of Regnano-Castello (680 m) and passes the district of Montefiore (500 m). Continuing towards the southwest, it reaches the main town of Casola in Lunigiana (328 m), where the Tassonaro enters from the left . After Codiponte (255 m) it leaves the municipality of Casola in Lunigiana after a total of 14 km and enters that of Fivizzano . At first the Lucido flows into Gragnola from the south , then the Torrente Rosaro from the north at Soliera (23 km total length).
After Rometta (116 m) it leaves the municipality of Fivizzano after a total of 12 km and flows to Aulla , where it first meets the district of Serricciolo (96 m), where the Torrente Arcinasso (10 km total length) flows in from the right . Then the Aulella flows to Pallerone (72 m). Shortly before Aulla, the Torrente Bardine (10 km total length) enters from the left . Just south of the center of Aulla enters the Aulella 8 km in the municipality as a left tributary of the Magra at.
