The Cardada viewing platform is located on the mountain of the same name in the municipality of Locarno in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland .

The viewing platform offers a view of Lake Langensee , the Maggia Delta, the Brissago Islands , the Centovalli and the Valais Alps . You also have the opportunity to see the lowest point in Switzerland (water level of Lake Langensee 193 m above sea level ) and the highest point in Switzerland ( Dufourspitze 4634 m above sea level ).
From Orselina a cable car leads to the Cardada . From the terminus you can reach the observation tower in a few minutes.
