The Auzène is a river in France that runs in the Ardèche department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It rises on the Champ du Mars , in the municipality of Saint-Julien-du-Gua , close to the border with the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Joseph-des-Bancs and Genestelle . It generally drains east to northeast through the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park and flows into the Eyrieux as a right tributary after 22 kilometers near the hamlet of Le Moulinon , in the municipality of Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut .
