Saint-Julien-du-Gua is a French commune in the Cevennes and the Ardèche, in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belonged to the canton of Saint-Pierreville in the Arrondissement Privas and became the canton of Haut-Eyrieux when the French cantons were reorganized in 2015 . It is bordered by Issamoulenc to the north, Creysseilles to the east, Ajoux to the southeast, Saint-Joseph-des-Bancs to the southwest and Marcols-les-Eaux to the west . Saint-Julien-du-Gua is part of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park . In addition to the main settlement, the hamlets of La Pervenche, La Grézière, La Nicoule, Le Théron and Charbonnière also belong to the municipality.
