Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès is a French commune with 837 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardèche department and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Privas and the canton Le Pouzin (until 2015: canton Rochemaure ). The inhabitants are called Barrésiens .

Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès is located on the western side of the Rhone valley and about eleven kilometers north-northwest of Montélimar . Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Lager-Bressac in the north, Cruas in the east, Meysse in the south and south-east, Saint-Martin-sur-Lavezon in the west and south-west and Saint-Bauzile in the west and north-west.
