Flaviac is located about 22 kilometers north-northwest of Montélimar on the Ouvèze . Flaviac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Vincent-de-Durfort in the north and north-west, Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban in the east and north-east, Chomérac in the south, Coux in the west and Lyas in the north-west.
