Saint-Lager-Bressac is a French municipality with 922 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ardèche in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . Saint-Lager-Bressac belongs to the Arrondissement Privas and the canton Le Pouzin (until 2015: canton Chomérac ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Lagérais (es) .

Saint-Lager-Bressac is located about 29 kilometers south-southwest of Valence . Saint-Lager-Bressac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Symphorien-sous-Chomérac in the north, Baix in the east and northeast, Cruas in the southeast, Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès in the south, Saint-Bauzile in the southwest and Chomérac in the west and Northwest.
