Saint-Martin-sur-Lavezon is located on the western side of the Rhone valley and about eleven kilometers northwest of Montélimar . Saint-Martin-sur-Lavezon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Bauzile in the north, Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès in the northeast, Meysse in the east, Rochemaure in the south and southeast, Aubignas in the south, Sceautres in the west and southwest, Berzème in the West and Saint-Pierre-la-Roche to the north-west.
