Saint-Vincent-de-Durfort is about 25 kilometers northeast of Aubenas . The river Eyrieux limits the municipality to the north. Saint-Vincent-de-Durfort is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Ollières-sur-Eyrieux in the north and north-west, Dunière-sur-Eyrieux in the north and north-east, Saint-Fortunat-sur-Eyrieux in the north-east, and Saint-Cierge-la-Serre to the east, Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban to the southeast, Flaviac to the south and southeast, and Pranles to the west and southwest.
