The Ouvèze is a river in France that runs in the Ardèche department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It rises just outside the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park , in the municipality of Saint-Priest , generally drains north-east to east over the Plateau du Vivarais and, after 27 kilometers, flows into the Rhône as a right tributary in the local area of Le Pouzin .

Attention: Not to be confused with the Ouvèze river of the same name (93 km long), which further south, in the Vaucluse department , also flows into the Rhône!
