Stefan Schimmer (born April 28, 1994 ) is a German soccer player who is under contract with 1. FC Heidenheim .

Career

Schimmer played in his youth for FC Gundelfingen , where he also had his first appearances in the adult sector. In July 2016 he moved to FC Memmingen in the Regionalliga Bayern . In July 2017 he was signed by the Unterhaching game association, where he made his first appearance in professional football on July 22, 2017. In the game against the second team of Werder Bremen he was in the 71st minute for Jim-Patrick Müller substitute. For Upper Bavaria, Schimmer was used in 74 competitive games and was able to contribute 26 goals and seven assists.

After the 2nd matchday of the 2019/20 second division season , the striker received a contract with 1. FC Heidenheim that was valid until June 2023.
