Awne Chefetz ( Hebrew אַבְנֵי חֵפֶץ; English Avne Hefez ) is an illegal community settlement under international law in the West Bank . It belongs to the Shomron regional administration and is located near the cities of Tulkarm ( Arabic طولكرم Hebrew טולכרם), Enaw ( Hebrew עֵנָב) and Sal'it ( Hebrew סַלְעִית). The town, founded in 1990, has 1836 inhabitants (as of 2017). The name refers to Isa 54.12  EU .
