Avoda-Gescher-Meretz

Awoda-Gescher-Meretz (Hebrew: העבודה - גשר - מרצ), also Emet (German: "Truth" Hebrew: אמת), is a joint list consisting of the party alliance of the Israeli parties Awoda , Gescher and Meretz . They received 7 seats and 5.83% of the vote in the 23rd Knesset .

Electoral list

Amir Peretz (Awoda) is in first place on the joint list , followed by Orly Levy (Gescher) and Nitzan Horowitz (Meretz). This is followed by Tamar Zandberg (Meretz), Itzik Shmuli , Merav Michaeli (Awoda) and Jair Golan .

history

On January 12, Awoda-Gescher announced that she would negotiate a joint list with Meretz. They announced a joint list on January 13, 2020. The party alliance submitted its list on January 15th.

The joint list received the title on the traditional Avoda ballot with the letters Aleph , Mem and Taw in the elections . These three letters make up the Hebrew word: "Emet" (German: Truth).
