Axel Lindner (* 1980 in Mönchengladbach ) is a German violinist who specializes in jazz , pop music and improvised music .

Live and act

Lindner attended the Episcopal Marienschule in Mönchengladbach, studied music with Michael Gustorff in Arnhem and then at the Cologne University of Music and Dance , which he graduated in 2010. He has been working in the Cologne music scene since 2006 and is a member of the Superstrings and Sunship String Quartet . He played u. a. with Jens Düppe , Frank Köllges , Roman Podeszwa , Maciej Śledziecki , Norbert Steins Pata-Ensemble , Hannah Köpf ( Stories Untold , 2010), in the Hot Club de Cologne and in various formations of the guitarist Scott Fields , so in his String Feartet , and in Multiple Joyce Orchestra . Lindner is also a theater musician a. a. at the Schauspielhaus Bochum and at the Junge Kammeroper in Cologne and as a studio musician in various film and television productions.
