Aykut Öztürk (born November 7, 1987 in Ehringshausen ) is a German - Turkish soccer player . He is under contract with the Hessian regional division FC Gießen.

Career

In his youth Öztürk played for VfB Gießen and VfB Asslar . In the 2006/07 season he was the top scorer in the regional league with 32 goals scored for VfB Asslar. In the summer of 2007 he moved to SV Wehen Wiesbaden and initially played in the second team. He made his professional debut in the 2nd Bundesliga on May 18, 2008, when he came on as a substitute in the 86th minute of the 2-0 away win against SC Freiburg .

After the 2009/10 season Öztürk moved to Konyaspor in the Turkish Süper Lig . Since the association failed to meet its payment obligations, the contract was terminated in August 2010. In September of the same year he signed a contract with third division club FC Carl Zeiss Jena . However, the Thuringian Football Association refused to play due to the dissolution contract with SV Wehen Wiesbaden. This was bound to the condition of a completed club change exclusively to the Turkish club Konyaspor. Since the move to Turkey did not take place, the contract with Wiesbaden remained and a move to Jena could not take place.

At the end of January 2011, however, FC Carl Zeiss was successful with the new attempt and was able to sign Öztürk. In the first competitive game, a home game against SV Sandhausen , he was substituted on by coach Wolfgang Frank in the 59th minute. Only seven seconds later, Öztürk scored the 2-0 with his first ball contact.

On May 20, 2011 he signed a contract with SV Sandhausen . He was a supplementary player for the Palatinate in the 2011/12 season and was used regularly. In the end, the team won the championship in the 3rd division and made it to the 2nd Bundesliga. For the 2012/13 season Öztürk moved to FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt .

At the beginning of February 2014, Öztürk moved to the Turkish Süper Lig to the Central Anatolian representative Sivasspor . In summer 2014 he left Sivasspor again.

After half a year without a club, Öztürk was signed by third division club SSV Jahn Regensburg in January 2015 . In July 2015 Öztürk moved to the Regionalliga Nordost for FSV Zwickau . With the West Saxons he became champions in the 2015/16 season and rose to the 3rd division. However, Öztürk tore a cruciate ligament in the end of the season and was absent due to an injury until spring 2017. He made his comeback on February 5, 2017 in a 1-1 draw against 1. FC Magdeburg . By the end of the season he had 14 missions. For the 2018/19 season Öztürk moved to Yeni Orduspor Kulübü in the 4th Turkish League. In July 2019 he was signed by FC Gießen.
