The Ayroux is a river in France that runs in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitania region . It rises under the name Ruisseau les Barailles in the municipality of Montgaillard , initially drains in a north-easterly direction, reaches the Garonne Valley near Merles , swings abruptly to the west and after a total of 26 kilometers flows into the Garonne as a left tributary in the municipality of Auvillar .
