The two-storey and three-axis , eaves-mounted plastered building was built on a single storey in the first half of the 18th century; At the end of the 19th century a bullet was added. Only the street front with the front door and the side walls remain of the house (status: 2017).
The facade is designed in the style of the Baroque period . The double-leaf front door with a diamond pattern comes from the time it was built.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 114.
