Citizens' Board of Directors (Hanover)

The civil chief College (IUC) in Hannover was from 1821 to 1933, the civil chief college , so the name given to the totality of the voting citizens elected the city civil ruler . Together with the magistrate , the BVK formed the so-called “municipal colleges” of the city. The word holder was at the head of the BVK .
