BBQ Seoul Open 2009

The BBQ Seoul Open 2009 took place from June 1st to 7th, 2009 in the South Korean capital Seoul . The women's squash tournament was part of the WSA World Tour 2008/09 and endowed with 60,000 US dollars. It belonged to the WSA Gold 45 category .

Last year's winner was Nicol David , who won the tournament again. In the final, she defeated Jenny Duncalf 11: 6, 3:11, 11: 6 and 11: 4. It was David's 37th title on the World Tour.

The field of participants in the women's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. Per Wildcard received Song Sun-mi a spot in the main draw.
