The BHB Brauholding Bayern-Mitte AG is a German group of companies in the beverage industry with headquarters in Ingolstadt . The stock is after the IPO since July 8, 2010 at the Munich Stock Exchange in the SME segment m: access records.
Structure and production
The operational brewing business is carried out by Herrnbräu GmbH & Co. KG . Beers are produced under the Herrnbräu brand. Soft drinks are produced under the name Bernadett Brunnen. In 2008 the trademark rights of the former Ingobräu brewery were acquired. Beers of the previously self-brewing breweries Gritschenbräu ( Schrobenhausen , since 2009), Leitner-Bräu ( Schwabach , since 2010) and Schlossbrauerei Herrngiersdorf (since 2014) are produced and sold as third-party brands .
The main sales area are parts of Upper Bavaria and Bavarian Swabia around Ingolstadt and Schrobenhausen as well as the Schwabach area, but it is also exported to Italy and Poland. In addition to the breweries, real estate also includes brewery restaurants.
The BHB share is held 35.5% by BBI Bürgerliches Bräuhaus Immobilien AG, Ingolstadt and 9.7% by BHB management, 54.8% are in free float .
In 2011, BHB's sales revenue reached 16.1 million euros, beverage sales 214,000 hectoliters (of which largely in-house production, only a small proportion of trading business with third-party brands).
