maccess
m: access is an over- the- counter segment of the Munich Stock Exchange that focuses on SME financing. In contrast to companies in the regulated market , companies only have to publish in m: access in accordance with the basic follow-up obligations of the stock exchange. This includes, for example, the publication of key figures for the annual financial statements in accordance with HGB. Bonds from the listed companies can also be traded via m: access.
