Badger is a city in Roseau County in the US state of Minnesota . It is located in the northwest of the state not far from the Canadian border and has around 470 inhabitants.

Badger is located on Minnesota State Highway 11 in northwest Minnesota, about 15 miles south of the Canadian border . According to the United States Census Bureau, the area of the city is 3.4 square kilometers. Nearest towns are Greenbush , Roseau and Strathcona . The nearest metropolitan area, Fargo - Moorhead, is 230 kilometers away.
