1988 Asian Badminton Championship
The 1988 Asian Badminton Championship was held in Bandar Lampung , Indonesia , from November 6th to 10th . The title fights were carried out as Invitational Championships (invitation competition). It was the first badminton individual tournament in Asia to receive prize money. The men's singles winner received $ 3,000.
