The Ebenhausen (Unterfr) station , written out Ebenhausen (Lower Franconia) , is a station in the district of Ebenhausen in the Lower Franconian community of Oerlenbach . The station is one of the architectural monuments in Oerlenbach and is registered under the number D-6-72-140-62 in the Bavarian list of monuments .

The facility is a separation station where the Gemünden – Ebenhausen railway branches off from the Schweinfurt – Meiningen railway line. The station has four platform tracks and belongs to station category 5 of the DB Station & Service .

In addition to the Ebenhausen train station, Oerlenbach also has the former train station and today's Rottershausen stop on the Schweinfurt – Meiningen railway line and the Oerlenbach stop on the Gemünden – Ebenhausen railway line.

history

Ebenhausen station was opened in 1871 and connected to the Meininger Bahn in 1872.
