The building is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register. It is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town.
Architecture and history
The small villa was built in 1875 as a suburban country house. The facade presents itself in a classicist , simple structure. The cast-iron property fence is also part of the monument.
