The building is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building. It is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town.
Architecture and history
The building was erected in 1862 by the Quedlinburg master builder Sieger for the mission inspector Johann Christian Wallmann . It was the first building on the newly laid out Bahnhofstrasse . Initially, the building was only one story. In 1914 a far-reaching renovation was carried out by master mason Hermann Baranke . The house was raised by one floor and designed in the style of neoclassicism .
