Architecture and history
The cubic villa was built in 1895/1896 according to plans by the Brunswick architect Friedrich Staeding . The facade is strictly symmetrical and designed in the style of late classicism . In the facade design, clinker surfaces dominate, which are structured by plaster and sandstone . On the street side, there is a medium risk , which is emphasized by a standing bay in front of it. There is an arbor on the stand bay .
The property was enclosed by pillars with cast iron fence panels.
