Plant and history

The area of today's Bahnhofstrasse was after the abandonment of the well region on the discontinuation of the old city walls in the period 1820/1828 separated and then used as a garden land. In the second half of the 19th century, the connecting road between the train station and the old town was laid through the area. The erection of buildings along the street began. The first building was at Bahnhofstrasse 9 . In the area of ​​the listed street there are 14 individual monuments. In addition to Bahnhofstraße 9, this includes the buildings Bahnhofstraße 1 , 1a , 3 , 4 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 10 , 11 , 13 , 15 and the Bahnhofstraße 12 pavilion .

Although it is also located directly on the street and is also listed, the building at Bahnhofstrasse 5 does not belong to the listed street after the name of the area. On the other hand, the buildings Bahnhofstrasse 2, 12 and 14, which are not listed as individual monuments, are also included.
