The house Bahnhofstrasse 8 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register. It is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town at the southeast end of Bahnhofstrasse on the corner with Adelheidstrasse.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in the years 1874/1875 in the style of late classicism . The back of the plastered villa has a tower. There is figurative ornament on the facade. The three-storey half - timbered house of the Gustav Fassauer lithography and book printer stands in the courtyard of the building .
The property fencing with a plaster structure also belongs to the monument.
