The building is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register and is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1870 as one of the first buildings on the street. Robert Riefenstahl was the client and contractor . The lower floor has a strictly symmetrical late classicist structure. The half-timbered attic has a knee floor and two small houses . Fretwork was also used as a decorative element. The central house entrance door is coffered.
The lateral property fence is also part of the monument.
