Mi Ultima Solucion is a pop-punk / metalcore band from Palermo , Buenos Aires , Argentina .
history
The group was founded in 2011 by Sebástian Vazquez ( vocals ), Gonzalo Uriarte ( drums ), Mauricio Baccelliere ( bass ) as well as the two guitarists Luciano Di Mieri and Taiel Pomes Figueroa in Palermo, a district of Buenos Aires.
The debut album En Cada Caída was released on December 3, 2012 in Argentina on the Pinhead Records label . Originally the debut album was supposed to be released on September 29th, but work was delayed. One of the reasons for this was the departure of bassist Mauricio Baccelliere from the band. The album was produced in the Infire Studios by Javier Casas . The pre-production of the album alone took almost a year, according to the band.
Mi Ultima Solucion already played with Coralies , Valor Interior , DENY and Memphis May Fire . The concert with Memphis May Fire took place on September 17th, 2012 in Buenos Aires . On April 20, 2013, the group played together with Attaque 77 and Melian on the Resistance Tour in Haedo , a district in Buenos Aires. On May 26, 2013, the group performed as part of their En Cada Caida Tour together with All for Love in Buenos Aires. A few concerts in Argentina followed. On May 28, 2014, the group supported Of Mice & Men and A Day to Remember , which played in Buenos Aires that day.
In the meantime, drummer Gonzalo Uriarte has also left the band. He was replaced by Tobias Gomez Antolini, who is also active at En Nuestros Corazones . A new bass player was also found in Pipi Astete Navarro. On March 28, 2015, the group released their second album, called Falsos Monumentos , through Pinhead Records.
style
The group plays a mix of pop-punk and metalcore that is comparable to A Day to Remember , Four Year Strong , Memphis May Fire and Her Bright Skies . The lyrics are all written in their national language, Spanish . Sebástian Vazquez's vocals are mostly clean, but sometimes switch to screaming and shouts .
