Music genre

Deny played classic post-hardcore which she mixed with elements of metalcore and screamo . As musical influences, the group mentions greats like Alexisonfire and Underoath , but Bad Religion and Pennywise are also influences of the group. There are also some elements of alternative rock in the songs . Except for 3 songs, all pieces of the band are sung in Spanish . There are also some elements of electronic music . The band's music is more reminiscent of We Came as Romans from the USA . In another interview, Nazareno Gomez named bands like Bring Me the Horizon , Motionless in White , While She Sleeps , The Ghost Inside and You Me at Six as further musical influences.

The group's sound on the EP La Distancia sounds more aggressive than on their debut album released in 2011. The sounds of keyboardist Jonathan Perez take a back seat to the music. In terms of vocals, clear vocal parts have been reduced and the unclear vocals of front singer Nazareno Gomez come to the fore.
