history
The section Heidersdorf - Nimptsch was opened as the first section on October 15, 1884 by the Prussian State Railways as an extension of the line from Strehlen . Ten years later, on November 15, 1894, the less than ten kilometers long gap between Nimptsch and the Gnadenfrei train station on the route from Camenz (Schles) to Liegnitz , which had existed since 1858, was closed. The Heidersdorf– Koberwitz section was put into operation on October 1, 1898. In the course of this, the Heidersdorf train station was relocated. Before it was a through station in the relation Strehlen – Gnadenfrei, now in the relation Koberwitz – Gnadenfrei.
After the line came to the Polish State Railways at the end of the Second World War and most of Silesia was annexed to Poland , passenger traffic was discontinued on February 11, 1996, and the line was closed between 1996 and 2000.
