The railway line Louth – Bardney in England was a cross connection from Louth on the route Grimsby - Boston to Bardney on the route Lincoln – Boston . It was shut down in 1960.

The track was in 1874 by the railway company of the Great Northern Railway planned in phases, built and put into operation. She reached South Willingham on November 9, 1874 via intermediate stations in Kingthorpe and Wragby . It was extended through the High Street Tunnel at Benniworth to Donington on Bain until September 27, 1875 .

The last construction section between Donington on Bain and Louth via Withcall and Hallington was put into operation on June 28, 1876 for goods traffic and from December 1, 1876 for passenger traffic. A turntable with a diameter of 17.6 m (58 feet ) was built in Bardney.

Passenger traffic ended on November 5, 1951, after which the line was shut down in sections for goods traffic over a period of ten years. The line from Louth to Donington on Bain was closed on December 17, 1956, followed by the closure of Donington on Bain to Wragby on December 1, 1958. The last section from Wragby to Bardney was closed on February 1, 1960.
