The Nanping – Longyan railway is a new line for mixed traffic between Nanping and Longyan in the Fujian Province of the People's Republic of China .

The route opened on December 29, 2018.

Technical parameters

The electrified route is 250 km long and designed for a top speed of 200 km / h . The curve radius is 3500 m, in the mountainous sections 2800 m. The maximum gradient is limited to 13 ‰. The route has nine stations along the way. In terms of passenger traffic, the route is an alternative to the parallel and further east running high-speed route between Fuzhou and Zhangzhou along the coast. In Sanming North it crosses the Jiujiang - Putian line .
