The Voghera – Varzi railway was a standard-gauge local railway in the Italian region of Lombardy .

It connected the city of Voghera , an important railway junction directly accessible from Milan , Turin and Genoa , with the famous Oltrepò Pavese wine-growing region .

The route, opened in 1931, was originally operated by the Società per la Ferrovia Voghera Varzi (FVV). In 1940 it was taken over by the Società per le Ferrovie Adriatico-Appennino (FAA), operator of the Sangritana Railway .

In 1966 the railway line was shut down and dismantled despite its profitability.
