Voghera is a small Italian town in the Po Valley with 39,345 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Pavia , Lombardy . Voghera is located about 60 km south of Milan at an altitude of about 100 m slm on the left bank of the Staffora . The Voghera district existed from 1859 to 1927 .
The twin cities are Leinfelden-Echterdingen in Germany and Manosque ( Provence ) in France .
