Mezzana Bigli is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1053 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Pavia in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 27.5 kilometers southwest of Pavia in the Lomellina , where the Agogna , Scrivia and Curone flow into the Po , and borders directly on the province of Alessandria ( Piedmont ).
