Badia Pavese is a municipality ( comune ) with 362 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in southwestern Lombardy in northern Italy . The municipality is located about 26 kilometers east-southeast of Pavia in the Pavese .

history

The name Casule Abbatiae has been handed down from the end of the 9th century , later the municipality was called Caselle Badia . The current name was therefore created much later.
