Bosnasco is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 626 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in southwestern Lombardy , in northern Italy . The municipality is located about 21.5 kilometers southeast of Pavia in the Oltrepò Pavese , belongs to the Comunità montana Oltrepò Pavese and borders the province of Piacenza ( Emilia-Romagna ) directly across the Bardonezza river in the east .
