Menconico is a municipality ( comune ) with 355 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in southwestern Lombardy in northern Italy in the province of Pavia . The municipality is located about 60 kilometers south of Pavia in the Oltrepò Pavese on the Aronchio , which flows into the Po via the Staffora , belongs to the Comunità Montana Oltrepò Pavese and borders the province of Piacenza .
