Sartirana Lomellina is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1539 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Pavia in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 39 kilometers west-southwest of Pavia in the Lomellina and borders directly on the province of Alessandria ( Piedmont ). The Po flows west of the municipality.
