Sant'Angelo Lomellina is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 793 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Pavia in Lombardy . The municipality is located about 40.5 kilometers west-northwest of Pavia in the Lomellina .

From 1467 to 1797 the parish, along with Cozzo , was under the rule of the Gallarati Scotti family .
