Bereguardo is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 2908 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Pavia in Lombardy . The municipality is about 14 kilometers northwest of Pavia and borders directly on the metropolitan city of Milan . Bereguardo is part of the Parco naturale lombardo della Valle del Ticino . The Ticino forms the southwestern municipal boundary.
