The Baker Rocks are a rock spur-like formation on the Borchgrevink coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . They are 3 km west of Wood Bay and 11 km north of Mount Melbourne .
The United States Geological Survey mapped them on the basis of their own measurements and using aerial photographs of the United States Navy from the years 1955 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them Billy-Ace Baker (* 1936), radio operator at the McMurdo station in Antarctica Winter 1963, 1967, 1971 and 1975 as well as in the Antarctic summer months between 1976 and 1980.
