The Balish Glacier is an approximately 33 km long glacier in the West Antarctic Ellsworthland . In the Heritage Range of the Ellsworth Mountains it flows from the northern side of the Soholt Peaks between the Webers Peaks and the Dunbar Ridge to the north. There it finally meets the Splettstoesser glacier northeast of Springer Peak .

The glacier was from the United States Geological Survey as part of the acquisition of the Ellsworth Mountains in the years 1961-1966 through site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy mapped. He was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names after Commander Daniel Balish (1924–1990), executive officer of the Naval Air Squadron VX-6 during Operation Deep Freeze 1965 and commanding officer during Operation Deep Freeze 1967.
