history
The three-storey, plastered hipped roof building was built in 1890 as a spa hotel. It was built by the Würzburg architect E. Hofmann in the neo-renaissance style. The neo-renaissance is expressed in the property through the regularly distributed, narrow ashlar stones at the corners and projections, through the straight or gable-shaped window canopies and through the ornamental gables with volutes to crown the risalites .
The property now has a somewhat simplified overall appearance.
