Bamseungen ( Norwegian for bear young ; Russian Гора Хабарова Gora Chabarova ) is a 1830 m high mountain peaks in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the Sør Rondane mountain range, it rises between the Kreisisen and Hansenbreen on the north side of Bamsefjell .
Norwegian scientists named it based on the name of Bamsefjell (Norwegian for Bear Mountain ).
